How we choose what to write about, how we check it, and how we fix it when we get something wrong.

Last updated 4 November 2026

LoopBhai publishes free tools and practical guides. This page explains how we decide what to write, how we make sure it's accurate and useful, and what we do when something needs fixing. If you ever feel a guide falls short of these standards, please tell us.

Why our guides exist

Every guide on LoopBhai has one job: to help a real person do something specific, like sending a message 100 times, flipping their Instagram bio, writing Ram naam 108 times, or fixing a copy button that won't work. We don't publish pages just to fill the site or to chase search traffic. If a topic doesn't help someone use text better, it doesn't belong here.

How we choose topics

  • Real questions first. Most topics come from questions visitors send us, or problems we run into while using our own tools.
  • Connected to our tools. Our guides explain how to get the most out of the Text Repeater and Text Inverter, plus closely related topics like message limits and text formatting.
  • Useful for Indian users. We write with Indian readers in mind: Hindi and Hinglish examples, Indian languages, festivals, and the apps people here use every day.

How guides are written and tested

  1. We try every step ourselves. Instructions that involve our tools are walked through with the actual tools, and the screenshots in our guides are taken from them.
  2. We check facts against reliable sources. When a guide mentions a number, like an app's character limit, we check it against the app's own help pages where possible, and we clearly say when a figure is approximate or likely to change.
  3. We write in plain language. Short sentences, clear headings, real examples. If a 12-year-old and their grandparent can't both follow it, we rewrite it.
  4. Every guide is written and reviewed by Sheela Shivhare. Sheela is a Shiksha Mitra (government school teacher) in Kanpur and runs LoopBhai. Some drafts may be prepared with the help of writing tools, but nothing is published until Sheela has read it, tested the steps and is happy that it's accurate and genuinely helpful.

Accuracy and updates

Apps change their features and limits all the time. Every guide shows when it was published and when it was last updated. When we learn that something has changed, we update the guide rather than leaving old advice in place. If a change is significant, the "Updated" date on the guide changes too.

Corrections

We make mistakes sometimes, like everyone. If you spot an error, email us through the Contact page with the guide's link and what's wrong. We review every correction request, fix confirmed errors as quickly as we can, and update the guide's date. We don't quietly hide mistakes.

Independence and advertising

  • No paid content. No company pays us to mention, recommend or review its product or app. When we mention WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or any other service, it's only to explain how our tools can help you there.
  • Ads are separate from content. LoopBhai is funded by advertising. Advertisers have no say over what we write, and ads are never disguised as guide content.
  • Not affiliated. LoopBhai isn't affiliated with any of the apps or companies mentioned in our guides. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Responsible use

Our tools are meant for fun, creativity and work. Our guides always point out where repeated or flipped text could become spam, harm accessibility or break a platform's rules, and we never publish content that encourages harassment, spam or misleading people.
