These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and LoopBhai ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of loopbhai.com. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. The service
LoopBhai provides free online tools for repeating and inverting text (the "Tools"), together with guides and other written content (the "Content"). Together, the Tools and Content make up the "Service". The Tools run in your web browser. We do not receive, store or review the text you enter.
We may add, change, pause or remove any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. As the Service is free, we have no obligation to keep any particular feature available.
2. Who may use LoopBhai
You may use the Service if you are able to form a binding agreement under the law of the place where you live. If you are under 18, you should use the Service with the knowledge of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. No account or registration is needed.
3. Acceptable use
You are free to use the Tools for any lawful personal or commercial purpose. You agree not to use the Service, or text produced with it, to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or chain messages, or flood chats, comment sections, forms or inboxes,
- harass, bully, threaten, intimidate or stalk anyone,
- create or spread content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination,
- break the rules of any other platform, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Discord or YouTube, including their limits on bulk or automated messages,
- overload, disrupt or attack any website, server, network or software, including attempts to cause a denial of service,
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its admin area, its servers or any data,
- scrape, copy or mirror the website or its Content in bulk, or use automated tools to access the Service in a way that puts unreasonable load on it,
- remove, hide or interfere with advertisements, notices or security features on the site, other than through ordinary browser settings and extensions on your own device,
- impersonate LoopBhai or suggest that we endorse you or your content when we do not.
You are solely responsible for the text you create with the Tools and for how and where you share it. Platforms you post to may restrict or ban accounts that send repeated or bulk content. LoopBhai has no control over those decisions and is not responsible for them.
4. Your content
Text you enter into the Tools belongs to you, or to whoever owns it. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive a copy and we claim no rights over it. You confirm that you have the right to use any text you enter.
If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you agree that we may use them to improve the Service without paying you or owing you anything. We will not publish your name or personal details without your permission.
5. Our content and intellectual property
The LoopBhai name and logo, the design of the website, the software code and the written Content are owned by LoopBhai or used under licence, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Icons on the site are from the open-source Lucide icon set, used under the ISC licence.
You may link to any page on loopbhai.com, and you may quote short extracts from our guides with a clear credit and a link to the original page. You may not otherwise copy, republish, sell or adapt our Content or code, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
The output of the Tools, meaning your text repeated or inverted, is yours to use freely. We claim no rights in it.
6. Advertising and third parties
The Service is funded by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, and we do not endorse the products, services or websites they promote. Any dealings you have with advertisers, including payment and delivery of goods or services, are only between you and the advertiser.
The site also links to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp's share feature. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies or availability. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. No warranty
The Service is provided free of charge on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no promises or warranties, express or implied, that:
- the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free,
- the output of the Tools will be accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose,
- upside-down or styled characters will display correctly on every device, app or font,
- the information in our guides, such as the message limits of other apps, is current or complete.

8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoopBhai and the people who run it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation or accounts, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, for example, a messaging account restricted for sending repeated text, a device slowing down while copying a very large result, or text that displays differently on another person's device.
Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to one thousand Indian rupees (INR 1,000).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for fraud.
9. Indemnity
You agree to compensate and hold harmless LoopBhai and the people who run it against any claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that arise from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content you create or share using the Tools.
10. Suspension and blocking
We may block or restrict access to the Service, for example by blocking an IP address or network, if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these Terms, is putting unusual load on our servers or is harming other users.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at hello@loopbhai.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, the courts of India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in the country where you live.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the website. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. General
- If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours, for example if the website changes ownership.
